A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented and driven Solicitor to join its Property & Infrastructure Disputes team in Edinburgh. This is a unique opportunity to work across a diverse caseload of property litigation and contentious construction matters within a collaborative and high-performing environment.
About the Role:
You will support senior colleagues in delivering strategic legal advice on a wide range of disputes, including:
- Property contract disputes, landlord and tenant issues, title and boundary matters, servitudes, rights of way, and property-related debt recovery.
- Telecoms-related disputes under the Electronic Communications Code (ECC).
- Contentious construction matters, particularly post-completion defects and professional indemnity claims.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the firm’s property and infrastructure teams, contributing to complex, high-value cases and developing your advocacy skills through court and tribunal appearances.
Candidate Profile:
We’re looking for someone with:
- 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong legal research and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- Enthusiasm for advocacy and dispute resolution
- Experience in property litigation and/or construction disputes (ECC experience beneficial but not essential)
