An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Solicitor or Associate to join a leading Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload with a focus on commercial and property disputes, as well as inheritance and estate matters. You will gain exposure to Sheriff Court, Land Court, and Court of Session actions, alongside inquiry and tribunal work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a busy and varied caseload, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Appear in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and assist counsel in higher courts.
- Supervise and mentor trainees.
- Stay up to date with legal developments and contribute to knowledge sharing.
