What You’ll Do:

1. Lead and grow a portfolio of ambitious, owner-managed businesses across Scotland
2. Be a trusted advisor, delivering outsourced finance solutions, cloud accounting, business planning, and digital advisory
3. Drive business development and strategic projects aligned with the firm’s growth plan
4. Collaborate with tax, corporate finance, and payroll specialists to deliver added value to clients
5. Build and mentor a high-performing team as the operation scales

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven Director-level experience in a reputable accountancy firm
2. Track record of winning new business and growing a profitable client base
3. Deep knowledge of the Scottish SME market, ideally with an established professional network
4. A natural leader who thrives on driving growth and developing others
5. Technically strong with a passion for cloud solutions and business advisory
