Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our client in the service sector based in Glasgow City Centre.

The Role:

As Credit Controller, you’ll manage a portfolio of outstanding debt, working closely with major account customers. This high-volume role involves collecting payments via phone and email, resolving queries, and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience in a high-volume credit control role
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Outstanding communication, organisation, and prioritisation abilities
