Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for lawyers at all levels.
- Monitor and communicate legal developments relevant to corporate finance.
- Conduct bespoke legal research for both transactional and advisory matters.

- Collaborate with other KDLs across the firm to ensure consistency and excellence in knowledge sharing.

Ideal Candidate:
