Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for lawyers at all levels.
  • Monitor and communicate legal developments relevant to corporate finance.
  • Conduct bespoke legal research for both transactional and advisory matters.
  • Draft and maintain legal precedents and knowledge resources.
  • Collaborate with other KDLs across the firm to ensure consistency and excellence in knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to firm-wide training initiatives, including trainee development programs.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified solicitor with strong experience in corporate law.
  • Excellent communicator with confidence in presenting and training.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Skilled in producing high-quality written materials and legal content.
  • Experience in a knowledge management or training role is advantageous but not essential.
