The Role
You will become part of a well-established and expanding family team, advising on a broad range of matters. The role offers exposure to both complex and sensitive work, including:
- Financial provision on separation and divorce
- Child-related cases (residence, contact disputes)
- Child relocation and international matters
- Adoption and surrogacy cases
- Sheriff Court work, including hearings and case preparation
You will work closely with colleagues on active cases, engaging directly with clients and providing clear, solution-focused advice from instruction through to resolution.
