An established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects within the Perth area. This role is ideal for a driven individual with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage sites safely, efficiently, and to programme.
The Site Manager will take full responsibility for on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Plan and monitor programmes, resources, and materials
- Ensure works are completed to specification and quality standards
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and designers to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
- Drive a positive site culture and lead by example
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or civil engineering
- SMSTS certification (essential)
- CSCS Black or Gold card
- Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation and best practice
