Role Overview As an Associate Electrical Engineer within our Building Services team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering innovative electrical design solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will: Lead electrical design on multi-disciplinary projects from concept to completion. Manage and mentor junior engineers and technicians. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines. Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Contribute to business development and client engagement. Contribute to the recruitment process within the office to further develop the electrical team. Mentor junior engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence the future of building services design while working on high-profile projects in sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, and public infrastructure. Requirements Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or other relevant subject. Proven experience in electrical design engineering within building services projects. Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services deliverables. Excellent proficiency in industry standard design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, Amtech, etc. Excellent project management and communication skills. Chartered Engineer status or working towards it (CEng, IMechE or equivalent) is desirable.
