Kickstart your payroll career! We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator / Trainee to join our Finance/HR team. You’ll get hands-on experience processing payroll, maintaining records, and supporting statutory filings — all under the guidance of our Payroll Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Process fortnightly payrolls accurately
- Maintain employee payroll records (new hires, salary changes, benefits)
- Reconcile payroll and assist with month-end close
- Generate payslips and reports for HR/Finance
- Respond to employee payroll queries
- Support statutory filings and year-end payroll activities
You Have:
- 1–2 years’ experience in payroll, HR admin, or administration with strong numerical skills
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset
