A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Banking Associate (3–6 years PQE) to join its dynamic and highly ranked finance team in Aberdeen. This is a unique opportunity to work on a broad range of high-profile banking and finance matters, including fintech, corporate lending, and leveraged finance, within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
- You will be involved in a variety of transactions across:
- Fintech and Digital Assets – including private securitisations and forward flow deals for innovative clients in SME lending, BNPL, and revenue share models.
- Corporate and Leveraged Finance – advising on acquisition finance, real estate finance, and general corporate lending for both borrowers and lenders.
About You
- We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in banking and finance law.
- Is curious, collaborative, and eager to work with clients who are transforming their industries.
- May not have fintech experience but is open to learning and growing in this area.
