Our client, a leading Public Sector company based in Glasgow, West Central Scotland, is seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join their team. This role is crucial in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making, collaborating closely with various departments, particularly Engineering.

• Partner with Engineering teams to develop financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business objectives.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support project financial management through monitoring and reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Finance Business Partner, preferably in an Engineering background.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
