Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion
- Handling purchases, sales, transfers of title and remortgages
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and introducers
- Working closely with colleagues across the property team
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience
- Newly qualified solicitors with significant conveyancing experience gained during their traineeship will also be considered
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage files independently
- Client-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
