Real Estate Paralegal – English Law (Energy & Utilities Sector)
Location:Glasgow, Manchester, Sheffield, Liverpool, Bristol, or Edinburgh (Hybrid Working Available)

A prestigious international law firm is seeking an experiencedReal Estate Paralegalto support its growing Legal Services Unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value English law acquisition transactions within theenergy and utilities sector, including sub-station and radio site acquisitions, wayleaves, easements, and related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy caseload of real estate transactions
  • Draft acquisition documentation and negotiate with counterparties
  • Conduct title reviews and liaise directly with clients
  • Handle file opening, compliance, and post-completion processes
  • Use data rooms and online trackers for transaction management

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced paralegal with a strong background inreal estate law
  • Familiar withEnglish property lawand energy/utilities sector transactions
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
  • Law degree or equivalent qualification (CILEX or time-served experience also considered)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage high volumes of work
