A prestigious international law firm is seeking an experiencedReal Estate Paralegalto support its growing Legal Services Unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value English law acquisition transactions within theenergy and utilities sector, including sub-station and radio site acquisitions, wayleaves, easements, and related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy caseload of real estate transactions
- Draft acquisition documentation and negotiate with counterparties
- Conduct title reviews and liaise directly with clients
- Handle file opening, compliance, and post-completion processes
- Use data rooms and online trackers for transaction management
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced paralegal with a strong background inreal estate law
- Familiar withEnglish property lawand energy/utilities sector transactions
- Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
- Law degree or equivalent qualification (CILEX or time-served experience also considered)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage high volumes of work
