A highly regarded national law firm is looking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join its established Real Estate team, with a particular focus on the rapidly growing Living Sector.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Scotland’s busiest and most respected commercial property teams, advising a diverse mix of public and private sector clients on the delivery of homes across multiple tenures.
The role offers exposure to a broad and varied workload, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Development and funding structures
- Large-scale residential delivery projects
- Commercial property transactions across a range of sectors
- Drafting, negotiating and implementing key transactional documents
You will play a hands-on role in transactions from an early stage, working closely with clients, agents and internal stakeholders, while helping to shape and deliver major property projects.
