Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and advising onWillsandPowers of Attorney
- ManagingExecutry administration, including complex tax-paying estates
- Providing strategicTax Planningadvice, with a focus onIHT,APR, andBPR
- Creating and managingTrusts, including technical trust law and asset protection
- Advising oncontentious executriesandtrust disputes
- SupportingGuardianshipapplications and related matters
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum5 years’ PQEin private client law (other levels of experience may be considered)
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a varied caseload independently
