About the Role

The successful candidate will manage their own high‑volume and varied caseload, involving:

  • Road traffic accidents
  • Fatal accident claims
  • Accidents at work
  • Product liability
  • Industrial illness matters
  • Occasional medical negligence–related work

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling cases from initial instruction to settlement
  • Preparing court documents and using the firm’s case management system
  • Providing clear, practical legal advice
  • Negotiating with insurers, counsel, and experts
  • Attending court when required
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR, regulatory standards, and internal procedures

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3+ years of post‑qualification experience in personal injury law
  • Strong knowledge of PI legislation, processes, and protocols
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to manage a busy, varied caseload independently
  • A commitment to delivering clear, straightforward advice to clients
