An established and highly regarded private client practice is seeking a Newly Qualified or Qualified Solicitor (up to 2 years’ PQE) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career within a specialist private client environment, working with a high‑quality client base and alongside experienced practitioners. The role would suit a solicitor looking to consolidate and expand their private client experience within a supportive and collaborative setting.
You will manage your own varied caseload while also supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters. The work will include exposure to:
- Wills and estate planning
- Powers of Attorney
- Succession and tax planning
- Family and business governance matters
- Trusts and related private client work
- Supporting dispute resolution and mediation matters where required
You will be encouraged to take responsibility for client relationships and to deliver a consistently high standard of client care.
Applicants should have experience in private client work, either from a trainee seat or post‑qualification role within a commercial or private client firm. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Relevant private client experience, ideally involving HNW individuals
- The ability to manage a busy and varied workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and empathetic client‑focused approach
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a close‑knit team
