Why this role?- Work at the forefront of sustainability reporting — Demand is accelerating as new regulatory and reporting requirements emerge, particularly those aligned to financial statement reporting and sustainability disclosures across the financial services sector.
- Lead meaningful client projects — You'll manage complex, multi-disciplinary engagements spanning sustainability reporting, regulatory reporting, governance, controls, assurance and reporting transformation.
- Help shape a growing practice — This is not just a delivery role. You'll support the leadership team in developing new service offerings, thought leadership and market positioning.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to help clients respond to emerging reporting and sustainability requirements, translating complexity into practical action. The role combines technical expertise, project leadership and client advisory work. You'll oversee multiple engagements, guide project teams, manage risks and ensure high-quality delivery while helping clients navigate a rapidly changing reporting landscape. You will also play a key role in developing new solutions, driving innovation and embedding technology into reporting processes.
What we are looking for:- CA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualified accountant.
- Experience within sustainability reporting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, assurance or controls.
- Background gained within professional services, insurance, banking, asset management, wealth management or wider financial services.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex engagements and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex requirements for a range of audiences.
- Experience of sustainability reporting frameworks such as TCFD, CSRD, SDR or ISSB would be advantageous.
- Exposure to reporting technology and transformation projects would be beneficial.
- Candidates with strong reporting or assurance experience who are looking to pivot into sustainability reporting are encouraged to apply.
