The role

  • Taking ownership of a portfolio of partnership and partner clients, managing the full compliance cycle while building deeper advisory capability over time.
  • Reviewing complex personal tax returns and calculations for partners.
  • Managing compliance for partnership structures, including UK and internationally headquartered firms.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients—building trusted relationships.
  • Working closely with finance teams and attending partner meetings/surgery days.
  • Supporting advisory work including tax projections, reserving and modelling.
  • Coaching and developing junior team members.
  • Managing WIP, billing and overall engagement delivery.

  • ACA / ACCA / CA / ATT / CTA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Experience in Private Client Tax / Personal Tax compliance.
