The role involves taking ownership of a diverse client portfolio, working closely with business owners and their wider advisory network. Your work will span:
- Corporate tax compliance and planning (the core focus)
- Personal tax matters for business owners, directors and high-net-worth individuals
- Remuneration planning and profit extraction strategies
- Capital gains tax and succession planning
- Identifying wider tax considerations (VAT, SDLT/LBTT, international elements) and collaborating with specialists where needed
Alongside this, you’ll:
- Manage and develop client relationships as a trusted adviser
- Oversee delivery of compliance work across the portfolio
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to business development—winning and onboarding new clients
You’re not just processing returns here—you’re running relationships and adding value.
