Help insurers navigate regulatory change and transform how risk is managed. Insurance organisations are facing increasing pressure to strengthen governance, modernise control environments and respond to fast-moving regulatory and commercial change. Our client — a leading international advisory and consulting firm — is investing heavily within its Insurance Risk & Regulation Advisory capability and is seeking Managers to join a growing and highly visible team. This role combines risk, regulation, governance and transformation, working alongside major insurance clients to solve complex business and regulatory challenges.

Typical project work includes:

  • Risk and regulatory advisory
  • Governance and controls enhancement
  • Internal controls and reporting frameworks
  • SOX / ICFR environments
  • Regulatory change programmes
  • Finance and risk transformation
  • Control environment redesign
  • Technology-enabled risk solutions
  • AI and digital-led process improvement
  • Stakeholder and regulatory engagement

You will manage delivery across multiple engagements while building trusted client relationships and supporting junior team development. We’re interested in professionals who bring:

  • Experience within Insurance Risk, Regulation, Controls or Internal Audit
  • Background from consulting / professional services or directly from insurance
  • Are professionally qualified - CA / ACA / ACCA / IIA (or equivalent)
  • Exposure to transformation or change programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness and delivery capability
  • Interest in technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions
