Finance Team Member (Spanish Speaker – Desirable)

Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident with Excel? We’re looking for a proactive Finance Team Member to join a dynamic shared service environment. This role involves supporting financial processes, resolving queries, and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret financial data to ensure accuracy in reporting
• Process payments, adjustments, and maintain accurate account records
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies by liaising with internal teams
• Respond to queries from stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
• Assist with reconciliations and monthly controls
• Participate in system testing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support ad hoc projects as required

What We’re Looking For

• Essential:
  • Strong Excel skills and computer literacy
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Recent experience in customer service, ideally within finance or accounts payable
• Desirable:
  • Broad finance experience
  • Spanish language skills (not essential but advantageous)
  • Knowledge of financial systems
