Are you a Corporate Tax professional looking for something broader than traditional compliance and advisory work? Lusona is recruiting a Corporate Tax Manager to join a specialist Real Assets Portfolio team focused on helping investors and businesses manage tax risk and create value following transactions. This role provides an excellent bridge between mainstream Corporate Tax and the Deals environment, combining complex UK corporate tax advisory work with significant client management and commercial responsibility.
You will work with a diverse client base ranging from major multinational organisations and sophisticated investors through to high-growth businesses.
The role
- Leading day-to-day client relationships
- Coordinating large, multidisciplinary client teams
- Providing leverage to Partners and senior stakeholders
- Bringing together specialist tax expertise and international support
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients
- Supporting the development of new propositions and winning new work
- Managing engagement budgets, profitability and billing
- Monitoring relevant UK tax developments and translating these into practical advice
- Coaching and developing junior colleagues
- Contributing to the wider growth and development of the team
Person specification
We are keen to speak with Corporate Tax professionals who possess:
- CA, ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA, legal or equivalent international qualification
- Strong UK or international corporate tax advisory experience
- Experience managing significant client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Project management and delegation experience
- A collaborative approach to working across multiple client teams
- An interest in developing both themselves and the people around them
- Previous Deals experience is attractive, but the opportunity should also appeal to strong Corporate Tax professionals looking to develop greater transaction and commercial exposure.
