Finance Manager — Glasgow City Centre with Hybrid Working — Salary c£70,000

Lusona is supporting our client in the service sector to source suitable applicants for a Finance Manager vacancy. The successful candidate will lead financial support for subsidiary managing directors and boards. This is a key role within the Financial Reporting team, offering the opportunity to influence decision-making, drive value for money, and ensure robust financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level financial guidance to subsidiary leadership teams.
  • Lead on management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
  • Deliver statutory accounts and regulatory returns.
  • Support decision-making through scenario planning, KPI analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Represent the organisation at board level and with external stakeholders.

About You:

You’ll be a qualified accountant with:

  • Experience in management and statutory reporting within a complex group structure.
  • Strong knowledge of FRS 102 and financial systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and innovative approach to problem-solving.
