Employment Associate / Senior Associate – Leading International Law Firm (Edinburgh or Glasgow)

A top-tier international law firm is seeking an experiencedEmployment Associate or Senior Associateto join its highly regarded team inEdinburgh or Glasgow.

The Opportunity:This is a fantastic chance to join a dynamic and collaborative employment team that advises a wide range of high-profile clients, including FTSE 100 companies. The role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work, including:

  • Day-to-day employment law advice
  • Employment litigation and tribunal work
  • Corporate support on transactions and business transfers
  • Collective matters such as restructuring, TUPE, and industrial relations
  • Regulatory and internal investigations
  • Strategic compliance and advisory projects

You’ll also have the opportunity to work on cross-border matters as part of a globally integrated employment practice.

About You:

  • 3–6 years’ PQE in employment law (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Strong experience across both contentious and advisory matters
