An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Associate (1–6 years PQE) to join the Aberdeen office of a globally renowned law firm. This role offers exposure to complex and high-profile employment matters, both domestic and international, within a team consistently ranked among the top employment law practices in the UK.
The Role:
You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team advising blue-chip clients across sectors. The work is varied and includes:

Strategic employment law advice

High-value complex claims

Cross-border and international projects

Executive-level issues including restrictive covenants and remuneration packages

Employment aspects of corporate transactions including M&A and outsourcing
Key Requirements:

A minimum of 1yearpost-qualification experience in employment law within a commercial practice

Strong technical expertise and commercial acumen

Experience advising on senior grievances, whistleblowing, restructuring, and cross-border issues
