Senior Associate / Legal Director – Non-Contentious Construction (8+ PQE)

A leading UK law firm is seeking a highly experienced construction lawyer (non-contentious) to join its dynamic infrastructure team at Senior Associate or Legal Director level. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a top-tier practice involved in complex, high-value development and energy infrastructure projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support on construction matters related to major property developments and regeneration schemes.

Advise on a wide range of construction documents, including development agreements, building contracts, professional appointments, bonds, and guarantees.

Play a central role in energy and engineering projects, particularly in sectors such as onshore wind, hydro, battery storage, solar, and tidal energy.

Act as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base including developers, contractors, consultants, funders, and public sector bodies.
Candidate Profile:

A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction law.

Proven track record in handling large-scale projects from inception to completion.

Strong commercial acumen, drafting skills, and a collaborative mindset.
