An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Associate to join a dynamic and forward-thinking legal team based in Glasgow. This role is ideal for a solicitor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive environment.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters including:
- Assisting on complex sale, purchase, development, and funding transactions
- Handling commercial lease transactions
- Providing general commercial conveyancing advice
