Lusona Consultancy (Group) Ltd is approaching its fifteenth birthday! Over the years, we’ve brought together some of Scotland’s top talent across professional sectors—and we’re proud that this talent has stayed with us. As we expand, we’re looking for exceptional people to join our team. Our specialist areas include Accountancy & Finance, Building Services, and Legal, recruiting for permanent, fixed‑term, temporary, and contractor roles. We were also appointed as the recruitment partner for Nordan last year, managing all their UK‑wide talent acquisition.
About the Role:
- You’ll effectively run your own desk with the support of first‑class training, personal coaching, marketing resources, and a suite of digital tools.
- You’ll work with a wide range of candidates and clients, providing expert advice and matching the best talent to the best opportunities.
- You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—from building client relationships and gathering requirements to candidate sourcing, vacancy management, and salary negotiation.
About You:
- Experience in transactional finance recruitment is a bonus, but not essential—we welcome applications from consultants looking to move markets.
- You’ll share our values‑based approach, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- A keen business interest and the desire to learn from the best are essential.
