Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a supportive team to help you grow and develop? Our client is a growing building contractor with a £30 million order book. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects within a reputable contracting firm, providing excellent career development and stability. The client is open to surveyors joining from diverse backgrounds including housebuilding, subcontracting or water.

You will:
- Prepare and analyse costings, budgets, and estimates for construction projects
- Manage contractual and financial aspects of projects from inception to completion
- Negotiate and agree on project costs and variations with clients and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with contractual obligations
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically within a contractor environment
- Understanding of construction contracts and relevant industry standards
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
