La division Industrie d'Adsearch Toulouse recherche un Automaticien (H/F) pour l'un de ses clients spécialisé dans la conception et la mise en service de lignes de production, convoyeurs et cellules robotisées.
Vos missions :
- Réaliser les analyses fonctionnelles et participer à la conception des solutions d'automatisation
- Programmer les automates Siemens et développer les interfaces opérateurs
- Participer à l'intégration et à la mise au point des équipements automatisés et robotisés
- Effectuer les tests, essais et validations avant expédition
- Assurer les mises en service et les démarrages sur sites clients
- Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements et apporter les corrections nécessaires
- Rédiger la documentation technique liée aux projets
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des solutions développées
Votre profil :
- Expérience de 5 à 10 ans minimum en automatisme industriel
- Maîtrise impérative des automates Siemens
- Capacité à concevoir et programmer une machine complète à partir d'une feuille blanche
- Expérience en machine spéciale, intégration ou lignes automatisées
- Connaissances en robotique appréciées mais non indispensables
- Capacité à réaliser des analyses fonctionnelles et à piloter les phases de mise en service
- Autonomie, esprit d'analyse et goût pour les environnements techniques variés
