Allowing salespeople to spend most of their time selling instead of wasting time and effort on manual prospecting.With 1.5M+ users, 200M+ contacts, and 40K new signups every month, we’re the engine behind modern GTM teams. And we’re just getting started.We’re looking for a seasoned Account Executive to be one of our first hires in our London office!Every role at our company is designed with a clear purpose—to integrate collective efforts into our shared success, functioning as pieces of a collective brain. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for utilizing your local network to sell Lusha’s product suite into UK markets (and eventually broader into Western European markets).* **Drive new business acquisition through outbound and inbound efforts**: Identify and prioritize account opportunities, source and develop pipeline, and close new customers across the UK market, with potential expansion into Western Europe.* **Balance inbound and outbound sales**: Leverage inbound leads (SQLs, PQLs) while building and executing a strong outbound motion through cold calls, email sequences, and personalized outreach.* **Own the sales cycle end-to-end**: Manage the process from initial engagement to pricing proposals, negotiation, contracting, and closing, in alignment with Lusha’s sales methodology.* **Pipeline and forecasting discipline**: Maintain a healthy mix of inbound and outbound opportunities, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and reliable forecasting.* **Consultative selling**: Lead discovery-driven conversations, deeply understand prospects’ business challenges, and position Lusha’s solutions with a clear ROI and long-term strategic value.* **Handle sales complexity**: Navigate legal, security, and compliance processes as part of the enterprise-grade SaaS sales cycle.* **Meet and exceed quota**: Consistently achieve revenue targets by demonstrating resiliency, coach-ability, and a bias for action.#### Requirements* 4+ years of SaaS sales experience in a closing role focused on European markets* Experience in managing both enterprise and mid-market opportunities* Skilled in building business champions* Strong customer-facing, communication and presentation skills* Track record of consistent over-achievement in past sales roles* Comfort negotiating and navigating contracts, security and legal discussions* Self-starter, result-oriented, process-oriented, high-energy, adaptable and inquisitive attitude* Ability to seek out new business, while maximizing and growing client relationships* AI-savvy: comfortable working with AI tools and staying ahead of emerging trendsAt Lusha, your work matters.
