The Role
In this role, you\\\βll be the face of the store, welcoming customers and providing a fun, engaging shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Use your product knowledge to offer personalised recommendations, perform product demonstrations directly on our customers\\\β faces, arms, legs and feet, and hand out tailored samples.
- Work closely with your team to drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events that keep customers coming back.
- Host parties for people of all ages.
- Manage stock, ensure the shop floor looks its best, and adapt displays to seasonal trends.
- Make our customers feel like VIPs with a friendly and helpful approach, ensuring they leave with smiles and a great impression of your shop.
- Become a pro on our products, helping customers make perfect choices, and sharing knowledge on what makes each product right for them.
- Team up with colleagues to hit store goals, keep the shop floor fun, and deliver top-notch service together.
- Get creative with displays and keep the store looking fabulous to help customers find the right products while they shop.
- Keep inventory in check by restocking shelves and ensuring products are always ready for sale.
- Keep the store sparkling clean and inviting, creating a space that enhances the shopping experience.
- Handle transactions with a smile and ensure every purchase ends the shopping trip on a positive note.
- Be the go-to for customer questions, resolve issues, and ensure customers feel genuinely cared for.
- Dive into training sessions with enthusiasm to grow both personally and professionally.
Skills and Experience

- Hours available: 12+ hours per week (Minimum of 3 days per week for lowest contract)
