The role: Sales Assistants are the heartbeat of our business, consistently delivering outstanding customer service year‑round. Your role includes offering shop tours with intelligent link sales, crafting personalised routines, and providing pampering sit‑down consultations as well as energy‑filled fun and games on the shop floor. Through in‑depth training on our products and ingredients, you'll become a Lush Ambassador, embodying our ethics and values to our customers. Your crucial role will help create the ultimate experience for our guests, ensuring we offer the best service on the high street! You will be hosting our fantastic parties and events to customers of all ages. Each party is a unique and tailored experience for the customer so we strive to offer the best there is each and every time. You will also be trained to deliver pampering facials and scalp massages to our customers to make their experience in store memorable! This role is temporary for the summer period with the opportunity to become a temporary sales assistant over the autumn & winter period. Your contract will end by September 2026. However, if you choose to stay with us, your contract will end in December 2026.
