LUSH cosmetics is seeking enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for performing immersive experiences. We believe in making effective products from fresh, organic fruit and vegetables, the finest essential oils, and safe synthetics.
About the role: We are looking for Spa Therapists to join our team at the LUSH SPA in Covent Garden, London. The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage, and practical work experience within a similar role performing body massages and facials.
Responsibilities
- Performing Lush Spa Treatments following set routines and standards
- Representing the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business
- Looking after clients\' experiences, making sure their journey runs smoothly
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the spa
- Booking and upselling treatments using our booking system
- Maintaining high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene)
- Being responsible for your own wellbeing using the available tools that are provided
- Keeping product & treatment knowledge up to date
- Supporting stock control
Skills & Experience
- An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage.
- Practical work experience within a similar role performing body massages and facials.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments.
- Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics, and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa.
