Overview

The Senior Payroll Advisor is responsible for managing the entire payroll process for all Lush France employees. You will ensure that payrolls comply with current legislation, while guaranteeing the reliability and accuracy of data. You will also play a key role in improving processes and supporting teams in matters relating to payroll and personnel administration.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll management

  1. Collecting, checking and processing variable payroll items (bonuses, absences, overtime, etc.).
  2. Drawing up and checking pay slips in compliance with regulations.
  3. Processing and monitoring social security contributions and compulsory declarations (DSN, URSSAF, retirement, provident fund, etc.).
  4. Manage final accounts and ensure the correct transmission of end-of-contract documents.
  5. Ensuring that changes in legislation and collective bargaining agreements relating to payroll are applied.

Personnel administration

  1. Ensuring the administrative management of the entry and exit of employees (DPAE, employment contracts, affiliation to social organisations, etc.).
  2. Monitor sickness, maternity and occupational injury/illness files and make the necessary declarations.
  3. Ensuring that staff data is updated in HR management tools.
  4. Participating in internal and external audits relating to payroll and social obligations.

Guidance and support

  1. Providing expertise and support to the people team and boutique managers on payroll and personnel administration issues.
  2. Train and work with the payroll manager.
  3. Contribute to the optimisation of payroll tools and processes.
  4. Participate in cross-functional HR projects relating to payroll and personnel administration.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Technical skills

  1. Proficiency in NIBELIS payroll and HRIS software.
  2. In-depth knowledge of social legislation and payroll rules.
  3. Experience in processing social security returns and charges.
  4. Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, Google Suite, etc.).

Behavioural skills

  1. Thoroughness and attention to detail.
  2. Analytical mind and ability to solve complex problems.
  3. Sense of confidentiality and ethics.
  4. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  5. Willingness to make suggestions to improve internal processes.

Experience and training

  1. 3 to 5 years\’ higher education in payroll management, human resources or accounting.
  2. At least 8 years\’ experience in payroll management, ideally in a multi-site or retail environment.
  3. A B2 level in English is required.
