Diversity matters

We are building a brand that represents the people of the world. It’s what you do that counts, and we are always looking to expand perspectives and voices to shape our future.

Who we are
You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there’s more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good.

The Living Wage Foundation’s statement ‘a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay’ is one that we are proud to commit to in the UK. As an accredited Living Wage employer, we put our people first and fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that it is what’s inside that counts – whether that’s an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone.

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to work as part of Lush Digital. The initial focus of this role will be to play a critical part in our manufacturing tech transformation project throughout its duration, with the possibility of transitioning to other projects within Lush Digital afterward.

As part of the manufacturing tech transformation project, this position will be a key liaison between Lush Manufacturing and Lush Digital, ensuring that operational requirements are accurately captured and aligned with the functionality of the new systems we are looking to implement.

The successful candidate will work closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the Project Manager, and technical teams to deliver a seamless transition to our new ERP systems.

Please note: We may close this vacancy early if we receive an overwhelming response or our business requirements change.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Serve as the bridge between manufacturing teams and technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with BPOs, SMEs, and ERP consultants to ensure alignment.

System Implementation & Testing:

  • Collaborate with ERP consultants and developers to ensure the system is configured to meet business needs.
  • Support testing initiatives, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate ERP functionality.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the testing phase.
  • Ensure stakeholders are well-equipped to leverage all new systems for operational efficiency.

Data & Reporting Support:

  • Assist in data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
