Seasonal Sales Assistant – Romford
Retail role at LUSH in Romford. Available 4, 8 or 12 hours per week. Application deadline 19 October 2025. Contract 10 November – 31 December 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing 5‑star customer experience consistently.
- Acting as a Lush Ambassador, championing ethics and values.
- Engaging customers through active listening to understand needs, recommending products and demonstrating.
- Delivering sit‑down consultations and bespoke routines: hand/arm massages, on‑face demos, scalp massages, henna applications and more.
- Hosting product‑making workshops and in‑store parties.
- Stocking products on the shop floor, ensuring a clean, inviting environment.
- Operating the till system – cash handling trained.
- Adapting swiftly to changing circumstances; no two days are the same.
Qualifications and Skills
- Available at least 2 days per week and willing to work during the peak Christmas period.
- Passionate about Lush products and ethical living.
- Excellent customer service skills, building rapport and delivering 5‑star experience.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening and collaborative teamwork.
