The Role
Our seasonal sales assistants provide vital support during the bustling festive period. On the shop floor, you will:
- Help customers, demonstrate products, keep the shop looking beautiful, and contribute to a festive atmosphere.
- Drive sales and work towards business targets.
- As a party host, bring energy and excitement to events and create memorable experiences for guests.

- Hours available: 8 hours per week

- Shifts include Christmas Eve or Boxing Day; at least one weekend day required; shifts start as early as 7am and end as late as 9pm

- Host celebrations for party events, plan activities, deliver games, and create memorable experiences.
- Become knowledgeable about products to help customers choose the right items.
- Team with colleagues to hit store goals and maintain a fun, high-service environment.
- Create appealing displays to help customers find products.
- Restock shelves and keep inventory organized to ensure products are readily available.
- Keep the store clean and inviting to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle transactions with a smile and ensure a positive checkout experience.
- Be the go-to person for customer questions and issue resolution.
- Engage in training sessions to grow personally and professionally.
