The Role

Our seasonal sales assistants provide vital support during the bustling festive period. On the shop floor, you will:

  • Help customers, demonstrate products, keep the shop looking beautiful, and contribute to a festive atmosphere.
  • Drive sales and work towards business targets.
  • As a party host, bring energy and excitement to events and create memorable experiences for guests.

Key Information

  • Hours available: 8 hours per week

  • Start Date: From Monday 13th October 2025
  • Shifts include Christmas Eve or Boxing Day; at least one weekend day required; shifts start as early as 7am and end as late as 9pm

  • Make customers feel like VIPs with friendly and helpful service, ensuring they leave with a great impression of the shop.
  • Host celebrations for party events, plan activities, deliver games, and create memorable experiences.
  • Become knowledgeable about products to help customers choose the right items.
  • Team with colleagues to hit store goals and maintain a fun, high-service environment.
  • Create appealing displays to help customers find products.
  • Restock shelves and keep inventory organized to ensure products are readily available.
  • Keep the store clean and inviting to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Handle transactions with a smile and ensure a positive checkout experience.
  • Be the go-to person for customer questions and issue resolution.
  • Engage in training sessions to grow personally and professionally.
