Diversity matters. We are building a brand that represents the people of the world. It’s what you do that counts, and we are always looking to expand perspectives and voices to shape our future.

Who we are: You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there’s more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good. The Living Wage Foundation’s statement 'a hard day's work deserves a fair day's pay' is one that we are proud to commit to in the UK. As an accredited Living Wage employer, we put our people first and fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that it is what’s inside that counts - whether that’s an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone.

Role Overview: The central forecasting team are responsible for producing and collating product-level forecasts for markets supplied by our UK and Croatian Manufacturing sites. We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Forecasting Operations Coordinator to join our team of 7. In this role, you will be the central hub, liaising across departments to gather key information and connect the forecasting team with it. You will play a pivotal part in communicating forecasting requests and insights, collating operational requirements, balancing workloads, and tracking product lifecycles to ensure the team's forecasts are informed, timely and accurate.

If you love a game of operational Tetris, have a sharp eye for product data, and are a clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timeline Coordination: Map out forecasting deadlines and review milestones in collaboration with manufacturing and buying partners for new launches, while highlighting bottlenecks to distribute work evenly.
  • Forecast Requests: Communicate forecast requests on behalf of the team, providing key information, including changes to returning seasonal ranges. Communicating updates, deadlines and responding to requests for additional information.
  • Data Gathering: Liaise with internal insight teams and commercial analysts to help the team stay ahead of upcoming trends, while monitoring internal channels for product and supply-related feedback to mitigate risks.
  • Calendar & Change Tracking: Maintain a central calendar of seasonal event dates per market, tracking year-on-year shifts and recording launch variances. Track and compile ongoing operational updates (pack sizes, pricing, availability) into a single reference point for the team.
  • Operational Support: Maintain up-to-date product sampling lists to ensure that product sample boxes are sent to colleagues involved in forecasting.
  • Administrative Support: Oversee the forecasting team's shared drives and primary inbox to ensure smooth operations.
  • Leadership Support: Serve as a key point of contact for the Product Operations Lead, providing updates and actionable summaries to keep them informed and equipped for timely decision-making.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Project Coordination: Proven experience managing fluid timelines or schedules across multiple stakeholders.
  • Systems Creation: Comfortable with a blank canvas; able to build structured Google Sheets tracking tools and project workflows from scratch to suit evolving launch requirements.
  • Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for tracking shifting dates, PLU counts, and product variations across a variety of information sources.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams and international manufacturing partners.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: Highly organised with a passion for providing solutions, not just identifying the problem.
