What to expect
- Shop floor leadership – build confidence leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experience
- Business management – develop your understanding of orders, forecasting, and commercial drivers

- In-person experiences – including shop visits and collaborative learning sessions
- Interview preparation – develop the skills to confidently step into Manager interviews
