About Digital & Production Fulfilment
We\’re on the hunt for energetic, positive people to join our Fulfilment team as we gear up for our busiest season! If you\’re someone who loves a fast-paced day, works well in a team, and takes pride in doing things properly – read on!
In this role, you\’ll be part of the crew that picks, packs, and quality-checks every online order, making sure each parcel that leaves our space is packed with care (and smells amazing). This role also includes pressing, pouring, filling and hand forming our fresh handmade products , labelling, wrapping and packing the finished goods correctly into boxes to prevent damage.
It\’s a physical role where you\’ll be on your feet, moving around, and getting stuck in – but time flies when you\’re surrounded by good vibes, fresh products, and a great team.
As a recognised global company we are renowned for our company ethics, every handmade creation is crammed with fruit, flowers, vegetables & the finest essential oils. Our company ethics are famous all over the world, from supporting grassroot charities to fighting against animal testing, our ingredients are purchased from companies (that do not commission tests on animals) following all of our companies protocols ensures our products are unique, kind & prepared with love.
The details:
- Location: Our Silverdale warehouse
- Type: Full-time, seasonal contract
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
- Duration: Temporary contract during our peak period (dates will be confirmed at interview)
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders with care and efficiency, making sure every parcel is prepared perfectly for our customers.
- Quality check products before packing – you\’ll be hands-on, ensuring everything meets our high standards.
- Pressing, pouring, filling and hand forming products.
- Jump in to help with other production and fulfilment tasks when needed – we\’re all about teamwork here.
Our Perfect Match:
- Experience in pick/packing is desired but not essential, and experience of handling stock in a retail or warehouse environment
- Is physically capable, including standing for 38 hours per week, lifting, and performing manual tasks.
- Can complete tasks quickly and accurately.
- Can communicate clearly in English.
- Thrives in a diverse workplace and loves to work with a team.
