Description Shift: Mon‑Fri 7am‑3pm (flexibility required). Internal employees only.

Responsibilities within this include:

  • Organise work flow within the team to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Carry out checks regularly to ensure high standards
  • Maintain good communication and positive morale within the team
  • Uphold and monitor company policies and good practice including H&S and GMP guidelines
  • Scan products for batch traceability
  • Ensuring cleanliness and standards of the room are maintained
  • Support training of new staff and keep training records up to date
  • Be proactive and eager to learn
  • Quality control - to be able to determine the quality of the finished products
  • Remain professional and confidential at all times
  • Shift flexibility required during seasonal period
