Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse key financial data to provide insight across the business, supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner for Retail and Buying.
- Focus on sales, cost of goods, and stock; provide cost reporting and analysis through the Jigsaw framework.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reporting; monthly cost of goods postings and analysis; global sales & admin cost analysis; and global stock reporting and analysis.
- Prepare and review data accuracy for the monthly product sales report.
- Maintain KPI dashboards, ensuring accuracy, quality, and accessible design.
- Support month-end processes and analysis for the cost of goods.
- Produce and share regular stock reporting with relevant Finance Business Partners (FBPs) and group FDs.
- Report on global costs via the Jigsaw framework, summarising movements against prior year and budget; provide ad hoc analysis and commentaries for areas without an FBP; address recharges and classification inconsistencies.
- Support Retail & Buying FBP with cost analysis and reporting as required.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support for the global commercial analyst and cost of goods analyst as needed.
Skills, knowledge and expertise:
- Strong Excel skills with complex formulas; experience with Google Sheets is desirable.
- Analytically and commercially minded; good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to determine approaches independently; effective cross-team collaboration.
- Enthusiasm for Lush and our ethics; understanding of standard costing; accountancy background is advantageous.
