Overview

Digital Business Analyst. This role involves gathering, validating and documenting business requirements, creating and managing functional specifications, and communicating them to identify and validate solutions aligned with business goals. Initial focus will be on stock and inventory tools, global requirements, and rollout to new markets, product development and feature building, and data centralisation. Location: Poole (hybrid - 3 days in-office). Employment Type: Fixed Term - Full Time, 12-month contract. Salary: GBP 32,500 - GBP 45,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and maintain detailed tickets of work for the development team.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to determine requirements for changes in legal, financial, technical and operational processes.
  • Capture, analyse and document requirements; support communication and delivery with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assess how new features and products will impact the business architecture (tech, business processes, data/IT modelling).
  • Analyse, create and communicate a compelling business strategy; perform cost-benefit analysis and identify risks.
  • Understand business change needs for local and global systems (software & hardware).
  • Identify efficiency actions across Digital products to utilise existing resources and systems.
  • Work with Producers and Programme Managers to identify risks and manage timelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience defining solutions within a technical development environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with engineers, international support teams, and subject matter experts.
  • Experience liaising with and managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, logical, and solutions-focused; able to meet deadlines and prioritise competing activities.
  • Ability to work efficiently with a geographically-dispersed team; comfortable hosting and participating in online calls/meetings.
