LUSAS is an advanced technology company specialising in software development and consultancy for the global infrastructure market. We are currently expanding our operations in the UK and overseas and seek ambitious new account managers to further strengthen our position. The role involves management of existing accounts and development of new business directly as well as through distribution channels. Starting in the UK, it will expand to new regions and segments globally. A proven track record in sales within the construction sector is required, with an attractive package offered to match.

The successful candidates should be able to demonstrate:

  • A proven track record, of 3 years or more, in engineering software and service sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organisational and management skills
  • Strong personal motivation
  • Ability to leverage existing accounts as well as the aptitude to develop new markets
  • General understanding of numerical methods
  • Experience in the infrastructure market in the UK or abroad
  • Ability to work as part of an internal team across departments and to manage sales support staff
  • Ability to work with external partners where necessary to develop region and segment-specific markets

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree; Masters level or higher qualification would be seen as advantageous
