We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. As a Cleaner, you will ensure that all areas are kept tidy and presentable, contributing to a positive experience for our customers. Hours are 9pm to 11pm 7 days per week.

Duties

  • Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
  • A valid driver's licence is advantageous for travelling between sites.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
  • Responsible with keys and alarms.
