About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Change Manager to lead and manage change initiatives within our SAP ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth transitions during SAP implementations, upgrades, and optimizations while minimizing disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for SAP projects (S/4HANA, ECC, or specific modules).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and manage change impacts across business functions.
- Ensure effective communication and training strategies are in place to support end-users.
- Manage change readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, and risk mitigation plans.
