Overview: We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed children's home in St Helens. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the home and ensuring high-quality, child-centred care for children and young people with emotional, behavioural, and complex needs. You will provide strong leadership, maintain regulatory compliance, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the children's home and ensure high standards of care.
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, the Children's Act, and relevant legislation.
- Lead, support, train, and supervise a team of residential care workers.
- Develop and manage individual care plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for all children.
- Conduct quality audits, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements:
- Registered Manager status with Ofsted

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
