Lupa seeks an HR Manager to own the employee lifecycle end-to-end, from offer to exit, ensuring accuracy and speed.

You will build an onboarding experience, manage pre-employment checks, and maintain records across the HRIS.

You will lead HR compliance—right-to-work, visa sponsorship, GDPR, and data reporting—while supporting the business with reliable people data.

This is a hands-on role at our Paddington, London HQ.
